Job summary

Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) in Sydney is seeking a Campaign Strategy Executive to support strategic, creative and commercially effective media solutions. You will translate client briefs into opportunities, contribute to pitches, and coordinate end-to-end campaigns with a focus on admin and workflow efficiency.

You'll work with Studio Leads and the wider team, gaining exposure to audio, digital, content and cross-platform offerings, while developing insights and post-campaign learnings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in media, advertising, marketing, content or a related industry.
• Highly organised with strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Genuine passion for media strategy, audience behaviour and creativity, with confidence across strategic thinking and administrative tasks.
• Skilled in PowerPoint/Google Slides and the broader Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support Studio Leads and Campaign Strategists in developing insight-led responses to briefs and translate objectives into territories and media solutions.
• Contribute to pitches and proactive opportunities through research, ideas, presentations and supporting materials.
• Build knowledge of SCA's products, audiences, content and talent to spot opportunities across assets.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end from brief to pitch, gathering input and maintaining timelines.
• Maintain case study libraries and market insights; support post-campaign reporting and learnings.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to Studio Leads, including trackers, WIPs, schedules and shared resources.
