Job summary

The West Australian, part of Seven West Media, is seeking a Partnerships Executive to join the Marketing team in Western Australia. You will manage the delivery of commercial campaigns, coordinate partnerships, and support activations across the portfolio.

You will liaise with internal teams and partners to ensure delivery of benefits, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and help develop sponsorship materials and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience managing campaigns and partnerships across marketing channels.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience with events or sponsorship activations is valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of commercial campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are briefed, scheduled, executed and tracked.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners and stakeholders, ensuring benefits are delivered and obligations met.
• Prepare and manage agreements, contra arrangements and related documentation.
• Assist in developing sponsorship proposals, presentation materials and campaign reports including performance analysis.
• Support planning and execution of activations and events.
• Provide on-site support for activations and events, including occasional evening and weekend work.
