Qualifications

  • Willingness to work day or night shifts in a remote camp environment.
  • Valid manual driver’s licence.
  • First Aid Certificate is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver efficient and high-quality cleaning services to accommodation rooms and common areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards across the site.
  • Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and in accordance with procedures.
  • Support camp operations, including assisting guests and inductions.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings and site briefings.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety, quality and environmental standards.
  • Manage cleaning consumables and equipment efficiently.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, guests and clients.
  • Undertake additional duties to support camp operations.

Join a team delivering essential services in a camp based environment where quality, safety and customer experience matter. This role plays a key part in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming space for all residents.

The Role

As a Camp Attendant, you will provide daily cleaning and housekeeping services across accommodation facilities, while supporting the broader site team as required. You will contribute to maintaining high standards and creating a positive camp environment aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver efficient and high-quality cleaning services to accommodation rooms and common areas
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards across the site
  • Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and in accordance with procedures
  • Support camp operations, including assisting guests and conducting inductions when required
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and site stakeholders
  • Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings and site briefings
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with safety, quality and environmental standards
  • Manage cleaning consumables and equipment efficiently
  • Build positive relationships with residents, guests and clients
  • Undertake additional duties as reasonably directed to support camp operations
About You
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning, ideally within accommodation or camp environments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work day or night shifts in a remote camp environment
  • Valid manual driver’s licence
