Job summary

CircuitHub in Cambridge is seeking full‑stack robotics/automation engineers to join our live factory build. You will design, deploy and optimize both hardware and software systems in a fully automated, on‑site environment.

You’ll integrate control systems with prototype machinery, debug under real production pressure, and help scale our Grid PCB assembly line. We value hands‑on problem solving and autonomy in a fast‑paced, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience building full robotic systems in real or simulated environments.
• Ability to integrate software, hardware and processes into working systems.
• Proven debugging skills under production pressure and tight timelines.
• Comfort working autonomously and communicating with a remote team.
• Willingness to take ownership for system uptime and performance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and debug distributed control systems and PLCs.
• Prototype mechanical and software fixes to improve throughput.
• Diagnose system failures using first principles and data.
• Lead deployment and ongoing optimization of production equipment.
