We're recruiting across both Sales Consultant and Lead Sales Consultant opportunities, with full-time, part-time and casual positions available.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a Freedom Sales Assessment Centre at our Alexandria Freedom store. The session is designed to be practical, engaging and give you the opportunity to show us how you connect with customers, think about sales and respond to real-life retail scenarios.

You'll meet members of the Freedom team, learn more about our culture and opportunities, and take part in a streamlined selection process.

What Type of Person Will Succeed

• We're open to different backgrounds. You may already be a strong retail salesperson, have experience in furniture, homewares, interiors or another customer-led sales environment, or simply have the natural ability and motivation to become a great salesperson.
• Confident, engaging and genuinely enjoys connecting with people
• Comfortable working in a KPI and target-driven environment
• Commercially minded and motivated by achieving strong results
• A good listener who can understand what a customer really needs
• Coachable, adaptable and open to feedback
• Reliable and comfortable working retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays
• For Senior Sales opportunities, demonstrated sales performance and the ability to lead by example will be highly regarded
