Supervise, train and support front-of-house and service staff.

Monitor customer service standards and resolve customer concerns professionally. Coordinate staff rosters, shift planning and daily workflow. Oversee opening and closing procedures.

Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies. Control costs, reduce wastage and support business profitability. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
