Job summary

Bay Ten Espresso is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to own the venue and shape its next stage. You'll work with the management team across day-to-day operations, people, coffee, food, suppliers, customer experience and commercial performance.

There is genuine opportunity to help develop the venue further, including events, catering, extended trading and future weekend trade.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy café or similar venue.
• Strong knowledge of coffee, food and hospitality operations.
• Commercially aware with ability to read KPIs and numbers behind a successful venue.

You'll work closely with the wider management team across day-to-day operations, people, coffee, food, suppliers, customer experience and commercial performance.
