Job summary

Moonee Valley City Council is seeking part-time Food & Beverage Attendants to support operations across breakfast, lunch and dinner in Melbourne’s southeast venues. You will supervise teams, create an engaging guest experience, and assist across banquets and events.

The role requires Australian citizenship, a valid RSA in VIC, and availability for varied shifts. Prior supervisory experience and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills with internal/external customers.
• Demonstrated problem solving under pressure.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Flexible to work across multiple shifts.
• Holds a valid RSA in VIC.
• Australian working rights required (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Supervise F&B outlet operations during breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Create an energetic and engaging environment for guests and team.
• Work across banquet and conference operations as required.
• Communicate and delegate tasks to the team.
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist F&B Manager with rostering and budgeting analysis.
• Assist in training and development of team members.
