Job summary

Crown Live Theatre in Melbourne is hiring casual Food & Beverage Attendants to work across bars, foyers and hospitality areas during world‑class productions, concerts and events.

You’ll deliver friendly, professional service with a focus on guest experiences in a fast‑paced environment. A minimum of 1 year hospitality or customer service experience and a current Victorian RSA certificate are essential, with availability for three shifts per week including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Minimum 1 year in fast-paced hospitality or customer service.
• Current Victorian RSA certificate.
• Availability to work a minimum of three shifts per week, including evenings, late nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, service and deliver food and beverage service across bars, foyers and hospitality areas within the Crown Live Theatre.
• Provide friendly, professional and engaging customer service to guests attending a diverse range of live entertainment events.
• Maintain clean, organised and well-stocked work areas throughout service periods.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a high-volume environment.
