Ideal candidates bring barista and hospitality backgrounds, supervisory experience and a Food Safety Supervisor qualification. The role starts at 4:30 am with full‑time hours and store leadership duties.

• Assist with team training, coaching and onboarding.
• Ensure procedures and service standards are followed.
• Support the Store Manager with team leadership and priorities.
