Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a fun, energetic barista/café allrounder for our corporate café in Barangaroo, Sydney. You will work Monday to Friday with shifts typically between 6:00 am and 4:00 pm, delivering great coffee, warm service and teamwork in a brand-new space.

You will join a lively environment hosting events and activations, with opportunities to learn new skills and move into internal roles. Casual shifts at a premium corporate venue offer a dynamic workday in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience with confidence using a commercial espresso machine.
• Strong coffee-making and milk-texturing skills; latte art is highly regarded.
• Positive, bubbly, customer-service driven personality with a hands-on attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages.
• Provide warm, friendly and efficient customer service.
• Keep the coffee station, café area and equipment clean, organised and well stocked.
• Handle orders and payments accurately.
• Support the wider team with food service, restocking, cleaning and other tasks as required.

We’re looking for a fun, energetic and bubbly barista/café allrounder to join our corporate café team. Shifts vary between 6:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. You’ll make great coffee, provide friendly service and happily jump in to help the team wherever needed.

You’ll be working in a brand-new, freshly refurbished space with a lively atmosphere. The venue will host a range of events, activations and outdoor BBQs, making every week a little different and creating a fun environment to be part of.

THE POSITION
