Smile Art Lab is a boutique dental laboratory in Crows Nest, Australia, seeking an experienced CAD/CAM Dental Technician with strong Exocad skills to join our close-knit team. You will design crowns, bridges and implants and support CAM, 3D printing and scanning workflows in a modern, non-corporate environment.

We offer a salary of AUD 79,000–90,000 per year, ongoing training, autonomy to contribute ideas, and opportunities to grow with the lab in a friendly setting near public transport.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on Exocad experience in a dental laboratory.
• Experience designing crown, bridge, implant cases and Digital Smile Design.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Organised and able to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Clear communication and ability to work as part of a team.
• Australian working rights.

Responsabilités

• CAD design using Exocad.
• Digital Smile Design and cosmetic cases, including veneers and aesthetic crowns.
• Designing crown and bridge restorations.
• Designing implant restorations.
• Assisting with CAM, 3D printing and scanning when required.
• Working closely with the technical team and communicating clearly about cases.
• Learning additional software and digital workflows, with training provided.

Your responsibilities will include:

• CAD design using Exocad
• Digital Smile Design and cosmetic cases, including veneers and aesthetic crowns

• Working closely with the technical team and communicating clearly about cases

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least two years of hands‑on Exocad experience in a dental laboratory
• Is confident designing crown, bridge, implant cases and digital smile design
• Has good attention to detail and takes pride in producing high-quality work
• Is organised and able to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team
• Is comfortable working in a busy digital laboratory
• Is open to learning and improving workflows
• Has full Australian working rights

Experience with cosmetic cases and Digital Smile Design would be an advantage.
