XYZ Dental Pty Ltd. is seeking a CAD-CAM Support Specialist to deliver expert technical support for our CAD-CAM workflows. You’ll participate in demonstrations, installations, training and ongoing servicing for dental labs and practices.

The role emphasizes CAD systems, intraoral scanners, milling and 3D printing, with hybrid work from Melbourne, VIC and some travel across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in Dental CAD-CAM support or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of exocad software and CAD softwares such as 3Shape, CAM, an advantage.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot milling machines and 3D printers.
• Dental Technician qualification is an advantage but not critical.
• Excellent communication, technical writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with CAD software, CAM software, and Dental Implant manufacturing is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in Help Desk, Technical Support or Systems Support role in a Lab, Dental Manufacturing or Dental Practice would also be favourable.

Responsabilités

Role Description

As a CAD-CAM Support Specialist, your primary role is to provide exceptional technical support to our clients and their CAD-CAM systems. Your responsibilities will extend to pre-sales demonstrations, installation, training and servicing.

The successful candidate will have a particular focus on CAD systems however will be across the entire CAD-CAM workflow which includes intraoral scanners, milling and 3D printing systems.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Melbourne, VIC with some travel across Australia and New Zealand. Support is provided via remote access as well as on-site.

Experience working in CNC or CAD-CAM workflows including milling and 3D printing would be an advantage as would experience as a Dental Technician.
