We have multiple dental specialists who provide complex, comprehensive and multidisciplinary treatment for patients in Ballarat and most of Western Victoria. More importantly, we have a team of administrative and clinical support staff who help make it all happen. We are seeking someone who already has great communication skills and attention to detail, but is looking to expand their clinical skills. We want someone who is a problem solver. We currently have a maternity leave position for an experienced Dental Assistant with a view for possible ongoing employment. You will work alongside specialists in Periodontics, Prosthodontics, Endodontics and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Ideally this is a full-time position, but also, we get it, the world has changed, and people want that work-life balance. In fact, very few of our team work five days a week, so we can usually be flexible in that regard.
