Local Workforce Hire is seeking a Casual Construction Assistant to support builders, landscapers, and industrial sites across the region. Earn competitive pay with immediate start and daily travel allowance.

You will perform site prep, assist trades, move materials, and help with general labouring on commercial and residential projects. Must have 12 months' experience and Construction White Card, valid license and reliable transport.

Qualifications

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, with opportunities to work across a variety of industries including:

• Commercial and residential landscaping
• Residential and commercial construction
• Warehouse fit-outs and pallet racking installations
• Shopfitting and carpentry projects
• Demolition and strip-out work
• General labouring across manufacturing and industrial sites
• Container unloading
• Site clean-ups and final cleans
• General manual handling duties

Typical tasks include:

• Site preparation and clean-up
• Wheelbarrowing materials
• Digging and trenching
• Lifting and carrying materials
• Packing and stacking
• Assembling products
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required

What We're Looking For

To join our team you must have:

PPE Requirements
