Job summary

Modern Kitchens Northside in Brisbane seeks an experienced Cabinetmaker or Kitchen Installer to step up into a Project Coordinator role. You’ll coordinate projects from site measure through to production, installation and handover, liaising with customers, drafting, factory staff and trades.

You’ll bring hands-on cabinetmaking/kitchen experience, draw on strong communication and organisational skills, read drawings, manage schedules and stock, and take ownership as you develop into project

Qualifications

• Cabinetmaking or kitchen installation experience is essential.
• Strong practical knowledge of kitchens and cabinetry.
• Ability to read drawings and measure sites.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence dealing with customers, trades and suppliers.
• Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Initiative and a willingness to take ownership.

Cabinetmaker / Kitchen Installer - Step up to Project Coordinator

Are you an experienced Cabinetmaker or Kitchen Installer ready for the next step?

We're looking for an experienced cabinetmaker or kitchen installer with solid kitchen experience who is ready to move off the tools and develop into a Project Coordinator / Project Manager role.

You don't need previous project management experience. We need someone who understands kitchens and cabinetry, has initiative and is ready to take on more responsibility. Guidance and support will be provided as you develop into the role.

The Role:
