STRUCTURAL CONCEPTS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD are seeking a Cabinet Maker for a permanent full-time role in Adelaide. The position requires experience in commercial or residential joinery, a mix of factory and installation work, and a strong knowledge of timber products.

Applicants should have a Certificate III in Cabinet Making or equivalent, with sound practical timber knowledge and experience with machining and installation of hardware. Attractive remuneration and conditions apply.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Cabinet Making or equivalent trade qualification.
• Experience with timber veneers, MDF, particleboard and engineered wood.
• Sound practical knowledge of material selection for cabinetry.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, job instructions and specifications to establish dimensions and finish.
• Select and prepare timber, veneers, particle board and other materials for cabinetry production.
• Measure, cut, shape and machine timber products using hand and power tools.
• Produce cabinets and joinery components in accordance with drawings and schedules.
• Assemble components into finished cabinetry and install hardware and fittings.
• Participate in installation and adjustments on commercial and residential projects.
• Ensure quality, accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
