Job summary

Marble Group in Sydney, NSW, seeks a skilled Cabinet Vision production Drafter to join our joinery team. You will take projects from concept through manufacture in a modern factory/showroom environment, collaborating with Project Managers, Estimators and production staff.

This is not a junior role; 3-5+ years with Cabinet Vision and experience with CNC, cutting lists and high-end residential joinery are preferred. A hybrid arrangement may be considered.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience using Cabinet Vision.
• Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with CNC machinery, cutting lists and production workflows.
• A background within high-end residential joinery would be highly regarded.
• Ability to communicate confidently with production teams and Project Managers.
• A practical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Producing detailed joinery drawings using Cabinet Vision.
• Preparing cutting lists and production documentation and sending jobs through to CNC production.
• Liaising with Project Managers, Estimators and the factory team.
• Ensuring drawings are accurate and production-ready.
• Supporting continuous improvement across the drafting and manufacturing process.

I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established, medium sized, and growing joinery business, who specialise in high-end residential projects across the East Coast of Australia. The business is searching for a skilled Cabinet Vision production Drafter to join their talented team.

What you will be doing:

As the Production Drafter, you'll play a key role in taking projects from concept through to manufacture. You'll be responsible for:

• Producing detailed joinery drawings using Cabinet Vision
• Preparing cutting lists and production documentation and sending jobs through to CNC production
• Liaising with Project Managers, Estimators and the factory team
• Ensuring drawings are accurate and production-ready
• Supporting continuous improvement across the drafting and manufacturing process

This role is based primarily in the office, working closely with the team on the floor. A hybrid arrangement may be considered for the right person.
