Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• 3 years of previous employment in caring for people/customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests onboard and say farewell at the end of flights, provide clear safety briefings and ensure adherence.
• Deliver excellent guest service and assist travelers with special needs or unaccompanied minors.
• Remain calm under pressure and handle in-flight contingencies with confidence.
