You will work hands-on with modern C++23, mentor peers, and collaborate closely with architects, systems engineers, and testers in an on-site team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in a similar role, ideally in defence.
• Eligibility for an Australian Defence Security Clearance and a National Police Check.
• Willingness to work on-site and engage in face-to-face teamwork.
• Demonstrated passion for software development and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on software engineering using modern C++23 and a clean, well-maintained codebase.
• Mentoring and coaching for more senior roles.
