Job summary

Cleared Recruitment is seeking Software Engineers across multiple levels to join our Adelaide team delivering sovereign software capabilities for Australia's Defence sector. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Industry certifications are advantageous but not essential.

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications using modern C++23 and contemporary development practices.
  • Collaborate with Software Architects, Systems Engineers, and Test Engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and peer collaboration activities.
  • Contribute to coding standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support project planning, task estimation, and technical delivery activities.
  • Drive software quality through testing, automation, and DevOps practices.
  • Engage with stakeholders and contribute to end-to-end project delivery.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers and provide technical leadership (senior positions).

Job Description

We are seeking Software Engineers across multiple experience levels to join a growing team in Adelaide.
