Gravitas Recruitment Group Hong Kong is seeking a C# Options Trading Developer to join the Futures & Options team and contribute to the analysis, design, and development of core trading systems, delivering scalable back-end solutions with strong performance across regions.

You will collaborate with technologists, traders, and quantitative researchers to translate business needs into robust designs, implement features, and optimize performance through profiling and multi-threading in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a technical or related discipline.
• Proven track record in C# development with design, profiling, OO, multi-threading, and performance optimisation.
• Experience in Microservices and Cloud Technologies (Azure Service Fabric, Orleans, Envoy Proxy, gRPC, Protobuf, Docker, Kubernetes, Octopus Deploy, ELK).
• Strong background in delivering business-critical systems from requirements to production.
• On-site presence in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, design, and develop business-critical trading systems using C#.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance infrastructure.
• Optimise backend systems through profiling, design improvements, and multi-threading techniques.
• Maintain and support existing systems and implement new features as required.
• Engage in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure system robustness.
