Job summary

Deiji Studios in Byron Bay is seeking a Store Manager to lead all retail operations at the Byron Bay location. You will build and coach a high-performing team, drive sales performance, and ensure outstanding customer service across every shift.

Financial acumen including budget and cash flow management.
Understanding of retail operations and best practices.
Proficiency in retail management systems Cin7, Asana, and Shopify.
