Job summary

Liviti Property in Sydney is seeking a proactive Buyers Agent – New Property to guide members through off-the-plan and new-build acquisitions, from discovery to contract exchange and handover, securing launch-phase pricing.

You will conduct face-to-face and Zoom consultations, analyse developments using market data and cash-flow projections, and provide ongoing updates and tailored insights to inform members decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Buyers Agent, Property Broker or in off-the-plan sales.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and deep understanding of new-build contract structures.
