We are looking for an experienced and reliable Butcher to join our team and work an early morning shift from 4:00am to 1:00pm.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for preparing, cutting and presenting quality meat products while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cutting, trimming and preparing a range of meat products
• Operation of Bandsaw
• Operation of Mincer
• Portion Cutting
• Boning and portioning meat to specification
• customer orders
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
• Following food safety and workplace health & safety procedures
• Working efficiently as part of a team

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous butchering experience
• Has strong knife skills and attention to detail
• Takes pride in producing quality work
• Is reliable and comfortable starting at 4:00am
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
