Job summary

Pinnacle Investment Management Group Limited is seeking a bright, creative individual to join our Transformation team. You will collaborate with leaders and teams across Pinnacle on every stage of the process, from shaping ideas to delivering solutions with stakeholders.

The role focuses on identifying efficiency gaps, developing digital and AI/automation projects, supporting change management, and contributing to project governance to keep initiatives on track across Sydney or Brisbane.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or STEM with excellent grades.
• Experience or strong interest in automation and digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Agents, Power Apps).
• Experience in business analysis or consulting, through work experience or university case competition.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify efficiency gaps and develop actionable change plans.
• Design, develop and execute digital solutions and AI/automation projects to improve performance.
• Support change management for adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Assist in project governance: track milestones, manage risks, prepare progress reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to identify efficiency gaps, uncover improvement opportunities, and develop actionable plans that drive meaningful change
• Contribute to the design, developmentand execution of digital solutions and AI/automation projects aimed at improving business performance
• Support change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies
• Assist in project governance, including tracking milestones, managing risks, and preparing progress reports for leadership

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Completed degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or STEM with excellent grades;
• Experience or a strong interest in developing automation and digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, Copilot Agents and Power Apps;
• Experience in business analysis or consulting, through work experience, or university case competition;
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
