Job summary

UnitingSA is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support, enhance, and integrate enterprise systems across portfolios. You will troubleshoot, upgrade, and provide user support while driving automation and smarter workflows.

The role involves coordinating with Leecare, Medimap, TechnologyOne, and Riskonnect, delivering training, and shaping system improvements to benefit aged care services. A strong customer-service orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a tertiary IT qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems and end users.
• Experience with AlayaCare, Penelope, and Aged Care/NDIS services is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Residential Aged Care systems including Leecare and Medimap, and coordinate with other systems including TechnologyOne, Humanforce, and Riskonnect.
• Contribute to significant internal projects, collaborating across portfolios and aligning system configuration with best practice.
• Manage upgrades, patching, and vendor coordination.
• Troubleshoot issues, improve configurations, and ensure system security.
• Create UAT plans, user guides, and training materials.
• Understand and analyse business processes and contribute to system improvements.
• Support change management and help teams adopt new tools.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to users across the organisation.
