Job summary

Level Group ANZ is seeking a Business Support Specialist to be the primary technical and systems support link for our Member network. You’ll work directly with the ANZ Support & Systems Lead to master operating systems and streamline workflows.

This brand-new role offers a high-growth pathway, with a potential future transition into a Business Support Manager role. Open to candidates in Sydney, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast or the Gold Coast, with hybrid options and remote work.

Qualifications

• Tech aptitude and willingness to learn new software quickly.
• Background in Business, Commerce, or Information Systems or 1–3 years in system support or software training.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written, with non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, curious about how trade businesses run.
• Willingness to travel for network events and Member visits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive first-line helpdesk support for member requests.
• Coach Members and teams to maximise value from key software platforms.
• Help onboard new Members onto core tech stack and track onboarding.
• Maintain central action registers, track vendor tickets, and prepare member reporting.
• Create user guides, training modules, and SOPs to improve Member experience.

The Role

We are creating a brand-new position for a Business Support Specialist to join our team. Working directly alongside our ANZ Support & Systems Lead, you will be the primary technical and systems support link for our Member network.

This role is designed as a high-growth pathway. As you help our Members master their operating systems and streamline their workflows, you will gain deep operational insight into the trade industry. For the right person, this role offers a clear trajectory to step into a Business Support Manager role over time.

This role is open to applicants based in Sydney, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast or the Gold Coast (Work From Home / Hybrid available).

What You'll Do

• Member Systems Support: Deliver responsive, first-line helpdesk support and triage member requests for key operational tools
• Software Adoption & Training: Coach and train Members and their teams to get maximum value out of software like Simpro, Xero, Workable, Google Workspace, Silverstripe and other platforms
• Implementation & Onboarding: Help onboard new Members onto our core tech stack and assist in building onboarding completion tracking
• Operations & Reporting: Maintain central action registers, track vendor tickets, and prepare member reporting packs
• IP & Resource Development: Help create user guides, training modules, and standard operating procedures to enhance Member experience

Requirements

• Tech Aptitude: You pick up new software quickly, love testing emerging AI tools, and enjoy showing others how to use tech effectively to improve their business
• Background: A recent graduate in Business, Commerce, or Information Systems, OR someone with 1-3 years of experience in system support, software training, or trade business operations
• Great Communication: Clear, down-to-earth verbal and written communication. You can easily translate technical concepts to non-technical business owners and tradespeople
• Problem Solver: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and curious about how trade businesses run from the ground up
• Flexibility: Available for occasional travel for network events and Member visits
