Job summary

As a Participant Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders, delivering high-quality service through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence. What's Required

• Ability to attend the office full-time for the initial 12-week training and onboarding period
• Capacity to work onsite in the nominated location
