Roc Consulting in Penrith is seeking a Business Services Manager to join our established team. You’ll lead a portfolio of clients, mentor junior staff and deliver high‑quality advisory and compliance services for SMEs and HNW individuals.

Based locally, you’ll enjoy genuine training, work‑life balance and clear career progression toward equity, with CA/CPA qualifications and 8+ years’ Australian public practice experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification required.
• 8+ years experience in Australian Public Practice.
• Experience managing a client portfolio.
• Experience mentoring staff.
• Experience with all entity types.
• Strong client relationship management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Lives close to Penrith.

POSITION

Due to growth, the position of Manager has been created.

The successful role will be responsible for the following:

• Manager a portfolio of clients
• Manage and mentor junior staff
• The provision of high quality advisory and compliance services
• Exposure to special projects

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA Qualified
• 8+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
• Experience managing a client portfolio
• Experience managing and mentoring staff
• Experience with all entity types
• Exceptional client relationship management experience
• Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable)
• Ability to work autonomously
• Lives close to Penrith
