The role of Business Services Manager

• Lead & support the team – allocate work, review jobs, provide guidance and develop junior accountants.
• Manage client relationships – act as a trusted adviser, handle queries and meet regularly with key clients.
• Review & oversee compliance – review financial statements, tax returns, BAS and other compliance work before lodgement.
• Drive workflow & deadlines – monitor WIP, budgets and deadlines while identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value for clients.

The ideal candidate

• Will be a CA/CPA Qualified Manager with good longevity in previous roles
• Will have a passion for helping Australian businesses
• Will be seeking a long term career opportunity in Armidale
• Will be familiar with a Xero practice
