Job summary

Pinstripe Recruitment is seeking a Business Services Manager for an established Sydney accounting firm. You will manage a portfolio of clients and supervise a team of four accountants, delivering practical accounting, tax, and advisory services.

You will be CA or CPA qualified with strong public practice management experience, leading client relationships and developing the accounting team to improve service delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified with public practice background.
• Strong business services and tax knowledge essential.
• Proven ability to lead and develop accountants and staff.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for clients and provide practical accounting, tax and business advice.
• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, BAS and other compliance work.
• Advise clients on tax planning, business structures, cash flow, budgets and performance.
• Plan and allocate work, review quality and meet client deadlines.
• Coach and mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
