Job summary

W3Global in Sydney is seeking intermediate and senior Accountants to join our established team. You will prepare Financial Statements, Income Tax Returns, and BAS for corporations, trusts, and SMSFs, while building strong client relationships.

Reporting to a Manager and Partner, you will work across advisory matters such as asset protection, tax planning, succession planning, and governance, with CA/CPA support and a focus on work‑life balance in a city‑type practice close to home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in an Australian Public Practice.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with MYOB AE, XERO, and BGL is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute as a team player.
• Strong time management and keen eye for detail for compliance work.
• Opportunity to work with partners on advisory matters (asset protection, tax planning, succession planning, estate planning, due diligence, governance).

• Handling various business-related tasks for different entity types
• Collaborating with team members and managing client relationships

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in an Australian Public Practice
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Familiarity with MYOB AE, XERO, and BGL software is advantageous
• A willingness to continuously learn, take initiative, and contribute positively as a team player
• Strong skills in managing time effectively and a keen eye for detail, essential for the preparation and review of periodic compliance work
