Job summary

Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd, trading as Sime Industrial, seeks a Business Process Analyst to join the Business Process Excellence team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will map and improve processes for the ERP transformation, work with subject matter experts across geographies, and contribute to governance post-implementation.

You will gather insights, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable outcomes to support future-state processes and ongoing operational excellence

Qualifications

• Experience in business process analysis, process improvement or business transformation environments.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders to gather requirements and build alignment.
• Knowledge of process mapping methodologies, governance frameworks and continuous improvement practices.
• Exposure to Power BI, Power Apps or similar reporting and visualization tools.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail; manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to build productive relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and geographies.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the Business Process Excellence team on a permanent, full time basis.

Working across multiple business functions and geographies, you will help analyse, document and improve business processes that support our future ERP solution and future state governance post implementation . Partnering closely with subject matter experts, Business Process Owners, project teams and stakeholders, you will play a key role in understanding how we work today, defining future-state processes and supporting business readiness for change.

Your ability to gather insights, analyse data, identify improvement opportunities and translate complex information into clear, actionable outcomes will be critical to the success of both the ERP implementation and our long-term operational excellence objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Facilitate workshops to capture, map and analyse current and future-state business processes.
