Job summary

Sime Industrial is modernising its operations across ERP transformation and governance post-implementation. We seek a Business Process Analyst to join the Business Process Excellence team on a permanent, full-time basis, working across functions and geographies to analyse, document and improve processes that support the ERP solution.

• Experience in business process analysis, process improvement or business transformation environments.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders to gather requirements and build alignment.
• Knowledge of process mapping methodologies, governance frameworks and continuous improvement practices.
• Exposure to Power BI, Power Apps or similar reporting and visualisation tools.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to build productive working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and geographies.

We will achieve this through a multi year ERP transformation program then an ongoing Gopvernance model post implementation focused on simplifying, standardising and strengthening the way we operate across our Caterpillar dealerships.

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the Business Process Excellence team on a permanent, full time basis.

Working across multiple business functions and geographies, you will help analyse, document and improve business processes that support our future ERP solution and future state governance post implementation . Partnering closely with subject matter experts, Business Process Owners, project teams and stakeholders, you will play a key role in understanding how we work today, defining future-state processes and supporting business readiness for change.

Your ability to gather insights, analyse data, identify improvement opportunities and translate complex information into clear, actionable outcomes will be critical to the success of both the ERP implementation and our long‑term operational excellence objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:
