Droga5, part of Accenture Song, in Sydney, is seeking a Creative Direction Manager. You will lead development of integrated campaigns across brand, social, digital and retail, working with Creative Directors, Strategists, Account Leads and Production teams.

You will mentor junior creatives, stay ahead of trends, and present concepts to clients, ensuring creative excellence and alignment with strategic objectives.

• 5+ years' experience within a creative, advertising or integrated agency environment.
• Experience developing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social and brand communications.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and strategic thinking.

About the Role

As a Creative Direction Manager, you'll play a key role in developing creative ideas and bringing campaigns to life across multiple channels. Working alongside Creative Directors, Strategists, Account Leads and Production teams, you'll help shape concepts, guide creative development and ensure work is delivered to a high creative standard.

You'll be hands-on in the creative process, contributing ideas, developing campaigns and helping clients solve business challenges through creativity.
