You will work with senior leaders across strategy, creative, media and production, ensuring timely delivery and strong stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of agency experience in account management or client services.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and multi-priority management.
• Proactive learner with ability to collaborate across creative, strategy, media and production.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Interest in budgeting and project financial management.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of creative projects from briefing to final execution.
• Coordinate timelines, meetings, documentation and day-to-day workflows across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with senior account leaders to build and maintain client relationships.
• Assist with project budgets, purchase orders, reporting and administration requirements.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, media and production teams to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
• Provide responsive and proactive support to clients and internal teams.
• Contribute positively to team culture while embracing learning and development opportunities.
