Reporting to theGeneral Manager, you’ll take full P&L ownership of Lincoln Sentry’s largest cabinet hardware business unit, setting the commercial direction and leading national sales performance and growth strategy. You’ll drive execution across channels and key accounts, while developing a high-performing team focused on customer outcomes, profitable growth and market share.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll work cross-functionally to accelerate transformational growth and optimise business performance. Key to your success in this role will be your proven experience leading national sales teams and translating business vision into strategy, execution and results at scale. You’ll be highly confident using data, analytics and market insights to develop effective strategies and support your team to identify and convert growth opportunities.
