Job summary

Tradelink Silverwater is seeking a driven Business Manager to take full ownership of branch performance, drive sales and build strong customer relationships in a key Sydney corridor.

You will lead from the front, inspire a high-performing team, and shape the next growth phase with commercial strategy, autonomy and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in branch management or senior operational leadership.
• Background in trade wholesale, construction, plumbing, electrical or related sector (preferred but not essential).
• Strong people leadership with a customer-first mindset.
