Job summary

Tradelink Charmhaven is seeking a driven Business Manager to lead from the front, inspire a high-performing team, and shape growth for the branch. You’ll own strategy, manage sales, service and operations, and drive profitability.

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you’ll build strong customer relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and lead across sales, warehousing and logistics with a hands-on, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior management or branch leadership.
• Knowledge of plumbing wholesale or trade distribution is a plus.
• Hands-on, customer-focused approach.

Your new role

Responsibilities
