Job summary

Tradelink Mitcham is seeking a high-impact Business Manager to lead from the front with full ownership and autonomy. You will drive sales, customer service, and strategic direction for the Mitcham branch, shaping growth and profitability.

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you’ll steer revenue, establish strong customer relationships, and lead a diverse team across sales, warehousing, and logistics to exceed targets.

Your new role

• A proven track record in senior management or branch leadership.
• Industry knowledge in plumbing, trade distribution, or a related sector (highly regarded).
• Natural leadership qualities with a hands‑on, customer‑focused approach.
• A commercial mindset - able to identify opportunities and convert them into growth.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with a diverse client base.
• Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available).
