Job summary

Tradelink Charmhaven is seeking a driven Business Manager to lead from the front, inspire a high-performing team, and shape the next growth phase for the branch. You’ll own profitability, drive customer relationships, and set strategic direction for future success.

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you’ll oversee overall performance and growth, with a hands-on, customer-focused leadership style and a clear plan to expand market share.

Qualifications

• Senior management or branch leadership experience.
• Industry knowledge in plumbing wholesale or trade distribution is preferred.
• Australian working rights; sponsorship not available.

Your new role

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and growth of the branch. You will:

• Drive business, product, and sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.

• Lead, develop, and inspire your team across sales, warehousing, and logistics.

What you’ll bring

• Industry knowledge in plumbing wholesale, trade distribution, or a related sector.
• A proven track record in senior management or branch leadership.
• Natural leadership qualities with a hands-on, customer-focused approach.
• A commercial mindset - able to identify opportunities and convert them into growth.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with a diverse client base.
• Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available).
