VicRoads in Melbourne is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Developer to join our Customer Service Planning team. You will design, develop and continuously improve BI solutions, reports and self-service tools to transform trusted enterprise data into actionable insights that support performance and customer outcomes.
You'll develop Power BI dashboards, promote self-service analytics, and help establish a single source of truth for operational reporting, working closely with stakeholders

Annual salary range: $103,124 - $120,000 plus super

We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Developer to join our Customer Service Planning team.
In this role, you will be responsible for enabling data-driven decision making through the design, development and continuous improvement of business intelligence solutions, reports and self-service analytical tools. Working closely with operational leaders and stakeholders, you will transform trusted enterprise data into meaningful insights that support operational performance, workforce planning, customer outcomes and strategic objectives.
