Job summary

ACEREZ is seeking a data analytics professional to transform asset, maintenance and business data into actionable insights within a 35-year asset lifecycle. You will manage EAMS data quality, consolidate planning, asset data and reporting, and collaborate with Assets Manager, Asset Engineers and Maintenance teams to deliver analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities include developing BI solutions, translating complex data into business insights, and creating KPI dashboards using Power BI.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or Business Analytics (preferred).
• 5+ years' experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting Analytics, Asset Analytics or Maintenance Analytics roles.
• Demonstrated experience developing Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks, with strong DAX, Power Query and SQL skills.
• Experience working with large operational datasets in maintenance, utilities, energy, mining, infrastructure or engineering environments.
• An organised, methodical and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear business outcomes.
• Exposure to predictive maintenance or reliability analytics highly regarded.

Introduction

ACEREZ is a consortium, comprised of ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy which has been appointed Preferred Network Operator by EnergyCo to design, deliver, operate and maintain the transmission line network for the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (CWO REZ).

The new state-of-art transmission infrastructure, which will combine high-capacity transmission lines, digitally enabled energy hubs and related infrastructure, will enable generators such as solar and wind farms and energy storage providers in the CWO REZ to connect to the electricity grid, providing a reliable supply of clean, affordable electricity for households and businesses across NSW while helping to meet the state’s newly legislated Net Zero targets.

Description

This role transforms asset, maintenance and business data into insights that improve reliability, availability and business decision-making. Combining data management and business intelligence, you'll act as custodian of our Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) data quality and consolidate the planning, asset data and reporting functions. You'll work closely with the Assets Manager, Asset Engineers and the Maintenance team to deliver the analytics and reporting that support how we manage a 35-year asset lifecycle.
