  • Translate findings into practical recommendations and assist with business cases for change.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, standardise processes and improve systems and automation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including root-cause analysis and benefits realisation.
  • Maintain accurate process documentation and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in business process analysis, commercial analysis or operational analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, navigate ambiguity and develop practical recommendations.
  • Experience in ERP process mapping, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build relationships across business functions.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, SharePoint and Power BI or similar platforms.
