Our Commercial team is currently seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join the Organisations Team, focused on building strong partnerships and driving growth across the Sydney/Metro region. Reporting to the Business Sales Manager, you’ll bring your experience in sales to actively pursue and convert new business opportunities while ensuring our Organisation customers receive tailored, value-driven solutions that meet their unique needs.
As a BDM, you’ll be responsible for identifying and executing strategic sales plans that align with our commercial growth goals. You’ll play a key role in both acquiring new business and growing value within our existing customer base, all while building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to support long-term success.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening our existing national preferred supplier relationships with key Organisation groups across the Facilities Management, Agriculture, Government and Health Care sectors.
