Job summary

SunRice Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to unify multiple transformation streams into a single, well-governed program. Reporting to Transformation Director, you will drive SAP S/4HANA and process simplification across sites, guiding mobilisation through benefits realisation.

You will connect workstreams, provide clear visibility to senior leaders, and embed change, training, and adoption as part of disciplined delivery across a complex FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or ERP-enabled programs.
• Strong SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA delivery across design, build, testing, deployment, cutover and stabilisation.
• Proven governance capability including RAID management, financial control and resourcing.
• Experience coordinating multiple interdependent workstreams across a complex, multi-site organisation.

About the role

SunRice is progressing an enterprise-wide transformation program in support of our 2030 Strategy. Following our upgrade to SAP S/4HANA, the next phase will focus on unlocking greater capability from our technology, simplifying how we work and creating more consistent processes and experiences across our sites and functions.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to bring multiple transformation streams together into one connected and well-governed program. Reporting to the Transformation Director, you will integrate business process simplification, SAP functional implementation and organisational change, guiding initiatives from mobilisation through to implementation, transition and benefits realisation.

This is a visible, hands-on leadership role that combines strategic oversight with disciplined delivery. You will connect interdependent workstreams, provide constructive challenge and give senior leaders clear visibility of progress, risks and decisions.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and lead an integrated program plan connecting business, process, data, technology, security, change and training.
• Guide delivery across design, build, testing, deployment, transition and stabilisation.
• Establish effective governance, stage gates and decision-making disciplines.
• Own program-level risks, issues, dependencies and decisions, escalating early with clear options and recommendations.
• Partner with business process owners and SAP functional leads to translate strategic priorities into practical, testable solutions.
• Drive process simplification and standardisation across multiple sites while balancing operational and local business requirements.
• Oversee fit-to-standard design, data readiness, security and user profiles, controls, cutover, hypercare and transition to business ownership.
• Coordinate internal teams, implementation partners, vendors and specialist resources to support successful delivery.
• Provide clear reporting, insights and recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums.
• Embed change, communication, training and adoption throughout delivery, while building capability across project managers and workstream leads.

About You

You are an experienced transformation and program delivery professional who can operate effectively across a complex, multi-site organisation. You move confidently between the detail and the bigger picture, bringing structure to ambiguity, challenging plans constructively and communicating clearly with senior leaders.

Pragmatic, proactive and people-focused, you understand that successful transformation depends on strong governance, quality delivery and bringing people along through change.

You will bring:

• Significant experience leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation or ERP-enabled programs.
• Strong SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA delivery experience across design, implementation, testing, deployment, cutover and stabilisation.
• Proven program governance capability, including integrated planning, RAID management, financial control, resourcing and assurance.
• Experience integrating multiple, interdependent workstreams within a complex or multi-site organisation.
• A strong track record of driving process simplification and standardisation while balancing operational requirements.
• Confidence presenting program updates, complex information and clear recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing implementation partners and vendors, including milestones, deliverables, commercial obligations and change control.
• A strong understanding of organisational change, business adoption and capability uplift.
• Experience within FMCG, food, manufacturing, agribusiness, supply chain or another operationally complex environment will be highly regarded.
• Exposure to SAP Activate, data migration, master data governance, security and role design, integrations or business reconciliation would be advantageous.
