Job summary

Oceania College of Technology is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow short course enrolments and funded training programs. You will build strong industry relationships and generate new business opportunities across automotive and hospitality programs, with travel as required.

You will manage leads, pursue partnerships with employers, schools and industry stakeholders, and work toward clear sales KPIs in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales or relationship management.
• Education, training or RTO experience highly desirable.
• BD or sales experience within Automotive or Hospitality is preferable.
