Michael Page Australia is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategies within industrial, mining and defence sectors, focusing on safety solutions.

You will build and maintain client relationships, identify new opportunities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings. Autonomy to manage your region with regular updates to senior management.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in sales or business development within safety or PPE sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

• Proven experience in sales or business development within the safet/ppe/construction industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• The ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of the safety & PPE market and its trends.
• A valid driver's licence to utilise the company car provided.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
