You will identify new business opportunities, manage relationships, and travel locally for client meetings, striving to maximise revenue and account value with support from operations and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in food service or FMCG industries.
• Strong network within hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within hospitality and catering sectors.
• Identify and acquire new clients including restaurants, cafés, caterers, and food service operators.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to maximise repeat business.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to understand customer needs.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.

Our client is a growing commercial catering kitchenware supplier providing high-quality products and solutions to restaurants, cafés, and hospitality businesses across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the hospitality and catering sector

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the food service, catering, or FMCG industry
• Strong network within Melbourne’s hospitality industry is highly desirable

• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally for client meetings

Remuneration

Basic salary + Superannuation + Commission + Fuel allowance
